		<description>I CrossFit exclusively...it throws everything at you and teaches your mind to be prepared for anything.  Of course, I know triathletes will balk at the idea of REDUCING the amount of swimming, biking and running by adding CrossFit, but I think you can substitute a good number of trainings with CrossFit workouts and NOT suffer, but actually IMPROVE.
I have a race this Sunday...yesterday I did the Crossfit workout of the day.....7 rounds of (7 deadlifts with 275 lbs, 1 200 meter sprint, 15 pull-ups)....I have no fear that I will compete well this Sunday.  
Anyways,  this is just my training....and my opinion</description>
